REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Fly Private. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns:

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fly-private.co, or through our chat operator where we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

- There is a flat fee of $20 for returns (which includes shipping and a restocking fee)

- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Returns will be sent to our fulfillment facility (Fly Private Returns- 13330 Western Oak Drive, STE 4, Helotes, TX 78023

Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. This may take up to 1-2 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. (Minus the $20 return fee)
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. This may take up to 1-2 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate the exchange. 

Return Shipping:
- As mentioned above, our team will provide you with a return label for your item. 
- If you receive a refund, a 20$ return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- If you are exchanging an item, we will process this $20 fee separately.

- For all international orders sadly we cannot accept returns at this time, we are working on fixing this as soon as possible.
